Job summary

Planned Parenthood Federation of America is seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Development Data, Operations, and Technology to unify and advance PPFA’s donor tech and data strategy. This role leads enterprise data governance, analytics, and CRM optimization across the National Office and federated affiliates.

The SVP will partner with senior leaders to modernize fundraising operations, scale data-enabled decision making, and deliver high-impact donor engagement and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of fundraising operations experience, with at least eight years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience in federated, multi-entity, affiliate structures preferred.
• Expertise translating complex data into actionable fundraising strategy and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise donor data strategy and analytics.
• Oversee data governance, privacy, and compliance.
• Manage CRM and data operations across PPFA and affiliates.
• Drive fundraising technology strategy, vendor management, and system migrations.
• Build and lead a diverse, high-impact team.
