HeartShare Human Services of New York seeks a strategic Senior Vice President of DD Residential Services to provide executive leadership for a large residential portfolio across multiple sites. You will drive performance, ensure high-quality person-centered services, and align operations with regulatory standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, healthcare administration, business administration, public administration, social work, psychology, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Significant progressive leadership experience in intellectual/developmental disabilities, behavioral health, healthcare, human services, or another complex multi-site service environment.
• Demonstrated senior leadership experience overseeing large-scale residential or 24/7 operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing significant operating budgets and using financial and operational data to drive performance.
• Proven ability to lead through other senior leaders and establish accountability across multiple levels of management.
• Experience with regulatory surveys, compliance oversight, corrective action, and quality improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change, improve underperforming operations, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong executive communication, judgment, analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.

Aufgaben

• Set strategic direction for the DD Residential Services portfolio and oversee performance.
• Provide executive oversight of the full residential portfolio and establish operating standards and accountability.
• Translate priorities into measurable goals, indicators, and action plans.
• Use data, dashboards, and financial reports to evaluate performance and drive corrective action.
• Ensure 24/7 residential operations with strong leadership coverage and safety.
• Lead workforce development, succession planning, and staffing stability across residential services.
• Manage budgets, revenue, expenses, and resource utilization; analyze variances and take corrective action.
• Represent HeartShare with external partners and advocate for services and regulatory readiness.
