Job summary

HeartShare seeks a strategic, operationally strong Senior Vice President of DD Residential Services to lead one of the agency’s largest portfolios generating approximately $86 million in annual revenue. You will oversee Supervised IRAs, Supportive IRAs, ICFs, and other residential models, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services while driving financial and programmatic performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field required.
• Significant senior leadership experience in multi-site operations.
• Experience managing large operating budgets and using data to drive performance.
• Strong executive communication and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of the DD Residential Services portfolio across programs.
• Translate organizational strategy into measurable execution with performance indicators.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality, and safety across all sites.
• Lead workforce development and succession planning across 24/7 operations.
