The Vice President will guide major components of Corporate FP&A’s agenda, turning complex data into clear insights for senior executives and strategic decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, management reporting, corporate finance, or related field.
• Experience leading complex forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes with ownership of outcomes.
• Experience managing and developing professionals; able to delegate with accountability.
• CPA/CFA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presenting complex matters to senior executives.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with enterprise planning tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead firmwide forecast, annual budget and long-range planning processes.
• Own senior-management reporting on financial results, outlook, drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Lead quarterly earnings processes: segment reviews, forecast updates, variance analysis, executive materials, Investor Relations coordination.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses linking activity, AUM, revenues, expenses and earnings.
• Coordinate collection, validation and analysis of operating metrics across businesses.
• Support CFO on performance, growth initiatives, new businesses, strategic matters.
• Partner with Finance leaders to improve transparency, consistency, and accountability.
• Improve processes, controls, data quality and reporting through standardization and automation.
• Manage, coach and develop team members; set high standards for accuracy and executive-ready work.
