Job summary

Blackstone seeks a Vice President to lead major components of Corporate FP&A’s recurring and strategic agenda. This role combines strong financial judgment, executive communication and team leadership to turn complex business information into clear insights and recommendations.

You will own the firmwide forecast, annual budget and long-range planning, and partner with senior management to drive performance and strategic initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A, management reporting or related finance field
• Experience leading forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis processes
• Proven ability to manage and develop professionals
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CPA/CFA or advanced degree a plus
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to present to senior executives
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Anaplan and Essbase

Responsibilities

• Lead firmwide forecast, annual budget and long-range planning processes
• Own senior-management reporting on financial results, outlook and drivers
• Manage quarterly earnings processes, segment reviews and investor relations coordination
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses linking activity to AUM, revenue and expenses
• Coordinate collection and analysis of operating metrics; support CFO and senior management
