Job summary

The Blackstone Group L.P. is seeking a Vice President to lead Corporate FP&A, combining strong financial judgment, executive communication and leadership to turn complex data into clear insights.

You will guide the forecast, budget and long-range planning, deliver senior-management reporting, and drive the quarterly earnings process with rigorous analysis. You will develop financial models, coordinate KPI analysis across fundraising, deployments, and AUM, and collaborate with Finance teams to

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, management reporting or corporate finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CPA/CFA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience leading forecasting, budgeting or public-company reporting processes with ownership of outcomes.
• Experience managing and developing professionals; able to delegate effectively with accountability.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills for senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firmwide forecast, annual budget and long-range planning processes.
• Own senior-management reporting on financial results, outlook, key drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Lead quarterly earnings activities including segment reviews, forecast updates and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses linking activity, AUM, revenues and expenses.
• Coordinate collection and analysis of operating metrics across businesses (fundraising, deployments, realizations, AUM).
• Support CFO and senior management on performance, growth initiatives and strategic matters.
• Build partnerships with Finance leaders to improve transparency and accountability.
• Improve processes and data quality through automation and analytics tools.
• Coach and develop team members and ensure executive-ready outputs.
