Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with seven to ten years of related experience.
• Strong management and interpersonal skills; commitment to customer service.
• Familiarity with CFR and HUD regulations; CPM/CPPO/CPPB certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a contracts and procurement strategy aligned with the Agency’s plan.
• Advises executive leadership on procurement strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Oversees bidding, proposals, and other procurement methods for goods, services, IT and construction.
• Leads process improvements and analytics for procurement operations.
• Ensure compliance and effective vendor management.
