You will lead and mentor project managers and business analysts, drive process improvements, and optimize resources across departments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, risk management, and data-driven decision making to deliver high-impact procurement projects and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years in procurement or project management, with 3+ years in leadership or support role managing procurement projects.
• PMP and Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred; experience in large-scale projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in managing procurement operations, ensuring compliance, and successful delivery of procurement projects.
• Support the execution of large-scale procurement projects, overseeing timelines, resources, and team performance.
• Contribute to process optimization and integration of technology to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Support cross-departmental collaboration and engagement with external stakeholders.
• Track and report on project performance to identify improvements and optimize results.
• Assist with policy development and adoption of new technologies.
