Qualifications

• PhD or MD or eqv in data science, informatics, public health, clinical discipline, or related field.
• 15+ years of related professional experience.
• 7+ years of people management experience.
• Deep expertise in informatics, clinical intelligence, AI or related discipline.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and implement enterprise strategy.
• Proven success influencing decisions across payer and care delivery businesses.
• Passion for improving consumer healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and own the enterprise clinical intelligence vision, mission, strategy, and two to four year roadmap.
• Direct multiple teams responsible for clinical informatics, care pathways and clinical AI safety and evaluation, translating clinical guidelines into scalable pathways.
• Partner with engineering and business leaders to deliver clinical intelligence products against enterprise targets.
• Manage enterprise standards for AI clinical safety and regulatory exposure.
• Lead planning, staffing, budgeting, and talent decisions for the function.
• Contribute to interdepartmental initiatives and represent the company on significant matters.
