Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in data science, math, computer science, health sciences, or public health
• 15+ years of related professional experience
• 10+ years of people management experience, including leading leaders and multiple teams
• 10+ years of deep expertise in clinical analytics, clinical or population health strategy, quality improvement including the use of AI
• Experience at a payer or integrated health system with claims and EHR data
• Ability to synthesize complex information and implement enterprise strategy
• Proven track record turning evidence into executive decisions and measurable action

Aufgaben

• Create and own enterprise clinical insights vision, mission, strategy, and 2–4 year roadmap
• Oversee strategy, design, QA, and governance of a dashboard to monitor enterprise clinical excellence
• Govern the clinical excellence dashboard across business units for data-driven actions
• Direct multiple teams including measurement science, stratification, and predictive modeling
• Partner with engineering and leaders to turn measurement into action across the enterprise
• Lead cross-functional performance improvement efforts and prioritize interventions
