WSFS Bank is seeking a Business Banking Underwriting Manager in Wilmington, DE to lead end-to-end underwriting for small business loan originations and manage a team of 4–10 underwriters. You will review complex loan structures and render credit decisions in line with policy, while guiding staff and driving process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent credit training/experience.
• 10+ years of credit review or underwriting experience.
• Strong knowledge of business credit underwriting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end underwriting for Business Banking loan originations.
• Review and underwrite complex loan structures for credit worthiness.
• Lead a team of 4-10 underwriters; provide training and development.
• Identify efficiency improvements; collaborate on bank initiatives.
• Ensure compliance and support audits; liaison with RM and closers.
