Job summary

LPL Financial LLC is seeking a Vice President, Divisional Administrative Manager to lead the branch administrative function across Linsco and L&S. You will shape vision, strategy, and execution, oversee a regional leadership team, and partner with senior executives to drive growth and operational excellence.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership in financial services, FINRA licenses or the ability to obtain, and the ability to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial services and/or wealth management.
• FINRA Series 7/66 required; Series 24 strongly preferred (or ability to obtain).
• 5+ years of experience leading large, distributed teams and developing senior-level talent.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across Central to West Coast time zones.
• Define and execute the national strategy for branch administrative management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop AVPs and senior managers.
• Own the design, governance, and evolution of the branch admin program.
• Oversee escalation frameworks for high-priority advisor issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support recruiting, onboarding, and expansions across regions.
