Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a seasoned leader for the Vice President, Divisional Administrative Manager role to shape the branch admin function across Linsco and L&S. You will oversee regional leaders, partnering with senior executives to drive growth, operational excellence, and advisor satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of leadership in financial services, FINRA licenses, and a track record of building scalable programs while managing a distributed team. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial services and/or wealth management.
• FINRA Series 7/66 required; Series 24 strongly preferred (or ability to obtain).
• 5+ years of experience leading large, distributed teams and developing senior-level talent.
• Ability to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, governance, and evolution of the branch admin program across Linsco and L&S.
• Lead AVPs and senior managers to grow next-generation leadership talent.
• Establish talent strategies to attract, retain, and advance administrative professionals.
• Drive strategic cross-functional partnerships with Finance, Human Capital, Technology, and Operations.
• Advise Field Management leadership on advisor model evolution and client needs.
