Citi in Jersey City, NJ seeks a Sec & Derivat Sr. Lead Analyst to oversee settlement, clearance and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions. You will partner with Operations – Transaction Services and trading desks to optimize processing, balance risk, and drive efficiency.

We expect senior professionals with extensive experience, proven analytical and project management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally across departments in a high-risk environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience; senior to advanced level in related roles.
• Subject matter expert in one or more areas of function; strong analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a strategic partner with other businesses and as an expert in the settlement cycle, supporting a wide range of clients.
• Assist with short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources, and manage resources, budget, policy formulation and planning.
• Manage complex settlement issues, liaise with multiple teams, define problems, and lead change-the-bank settlement projects.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and build effective relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Oversee risk control environment and ensure compliance with Citi policies and procedures; stay informed on best practices.
