Qualifications

- Experience leading complex engineering initiatives in large-scale, distributed environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across OTC Clearing technology estate and ensure scalable, secure solutions.
- Lead major delivery workstreams from inception to production deployment and coordinate across teams.
- Drive engineering practices, automation, and PDLC improvements, including AI-enabled development tooling.
- Mentor engineers and promote best practices in software design, code quality, and reliability.
- Support platform stability, monitoring, incident management, and disaster recovery planning.
