• Lead ambulatory and medical group operations across SIH's footprint.
• Develop and execute business plans to improve access and efficiency.
• Oversee capital and operating budgets for ambulatory sites.
• Drive growth initiatives including new sites of care and service line expansion.
• Partner with physician leadership and executive team to align strategy.
