Job summary

Apha Partners Group, LLC is seeking an accomplished affordable housing executive to lead the expansion of our affordable housing development platform. The SVP / Head of Affordable Housing Development will identify opportunities, establish strategic relationships, and advance projects from concept through execution in Ohio and North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in affordable housing and multifamily development.
• Deep knowledge of LIHTC and public-private financing structures.
• Proven ability to originate opportunities and manage complex transactions.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead affordable housing development strategy and growth.
• Originate, evaluate, negotiate, and advance new development opportunities.
• Develop a pipeline focused on Ohio and North Carolina.
• Lead structuring and capitalization of transactions using LIHTC, tax-exempt bonds, and other financing.
• Build and expand relationships with housing agencies, lenders, investors, and partners.
• Guide projects from concept through underwriting, entitlements, design, construction, stabilization, and completion.
• Identify joint ventures and public-private partnerships.
• Assemble teams to execute projects and present opportunities to ownership and capital partners.
• Shape people, processes, partnerships, and market strategy for growth.
