Qualifications

• 6 years with no BS/BA; 4 years with an Associates; 2 years with BS/BA; OR SecurityX / CASP+ / CCNP Security+ / CCSP / FITSP-O / GFACT

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, secure, and update enterprise VoIP and VTC systems.
• Configure, patch, and scan systems to maintain high availability and performance.
• Respond to incident tickets, service requests, and restoration of services; process change requests.
• Maintain documentation of server/system characteristics and security policies.
• Notify Government of critical/high incidents impacting systems.
• Troubleshoot and improve VoIP and VTC infrastructure.
• Perform availability and performance monitoring and trend analyses.
• Employ best practices to provide secure, standardized, scalable VoIP/VTC systems.
