Job summary

SNC is seeking a Voice Network Engineer II to strengthen enterprise network infrastructure and voice services. You will manage IP telephony, SIP trunking, and VoIP QoS while coordinating with carriers and internal teams on upgrades and security practices.

You will work alongside senior engineers to implement solutions, document configurations, and ensure SLAs are met across multi-site environments. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in networking/VoIP.
• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with CUCM, SIP trunking, and VoIP QoS.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure.
• Provide advanced support for voice systems including IP telephony and SBC.
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers.
• Troubleshoot network and voice issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Participate in on-call rotation and escalate incidents.
• Coordinate with carriers and vendors to resolve service issues.
• Document network diagrams and configurations.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and change-control procedures.
