Allbridge is seeking a Lead Low Voltage Technician to lead field installation activities for structured cabling, fiber optic, and low-voltage systems on commercial projects. This remote role requires up to 90% travel to customer sites across the United States.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of hands-on low-voltage experience and 5+ years leading telecommunications or structured cabling projects, with strong safety, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of hands-on low-voltage cabling experience.
• Five+ years leading commercial telecom or structured cabling projects.
• Knowledge of structured cabling standards and best practices.
• Ability to read construction drawings and scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation crews on assigned projects and ensure safety.
• Coordinate work with managers, customers, and subcontractors.
• Site surveys, progress updates, and on-time completion.
• Documentation, testing, and as-built closeout packages.
