Parlance is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build a next-generation voice AI platform in healthcare. You will own end-to-end development from telephony and real-time media to LLM-driven logic and APIs behind patient data access.

You’ll design real-time voice agents on Pipecat/LiveKit, manage CCaaS integrations, and ensure secure, reliable healthcare data handling while collaborating with product, success teams, and customers.

Formación

• 6+ years of production software experience.
• Hands-on experience building voice agents on Pipecat, LiveKit, Vapi, Retell, Daily or similar real-time framework.
• Experience integrating LLMs into production systems—prompt design, function calling, structured outputs.
• Strong debugging, architecture, API design, and CI/CD fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build real-time voice agents across telephony and media pipelines.
• Own features across stack: telephony/CCaaS, backend services in Python, and internal dashboards.
• Extend services connecting agents to healthcare systems using FHIR-based EHR integrations.
• Debug production issues related to audio quality, call flows, and distributed systems.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and collaborate with product and customers.
