Job summary

Parlance is a Software as a Service company delivering intelligent speech technologies to improve caller experiences for organizations nationwide. As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner with customers across the full solution lifecycle, from pre-sales to implementation to optimization, supported by a team of engineers and software developers.

You will learn and leverage knowledge of contact centers, speech recognition, and voice user interfaces to build and manage solutions for our customers.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience implementing and supporting enterprise/SaaS software and infrastructure solutions.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Healthcare domain experience is highly desired.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Collect customer requirements for Parlance solution, design dialogs and implement applications to meet customer requirements.
• Analyze performance and take actions to improve solution performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.
• Demonstrate Parlance solution elements and value to customers and prospects.
