Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in merchandising, business, marketing, retail management, analytics or related field.
• 5–8 years in category management, merchandising, or space planning.
• At least 3 years of people leadership with coaching and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach 3–5 Planogram Analysts, set priorities and performance expectations.
• Partner with Merchandising to translate category strategies into planograms.
• Define store-assignment logic with Space Planning and ensure execution governance.
• Review planogram performance and drive continuous improvement.
