Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Merchandising, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive merchandising or financial planning experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Merchandise Planners.
• Develop financial plans, sales forecasts, inventory strategies, and OTB plans.
• Partner with Merchandising leadership to develop category strategies.
• Analyze financial performance and adjust plans as needed.
• Lead weekly business reviews and communicate risks and actions.
