Family Dollar in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Store Planning Technical Analyst to lead and execute Macro Space Analytics for store plans, renovations, new stores and special projects. The role supports the store-centric commitment to customers, service and sales.

You will draw new/store layouts, develop merchandise plans, and serve as SME for store planners. A bachelor’s in design or related field and experience with AutoCAD, SharePoint and MS Office are expected, with a 65.5k–82k salary and 10%

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field of study.
• Experience in AutoCAD, Construction, Site Planning and/or Space Planning Concept; retail experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to change.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and apply Macro Space analytics to store layouts and merchandise plans.
• Draw and design new stores, renovations, and special projects as SME for store planners.
• Develop store layouts, space standards, adjacencies, and category placement.
• Support documentation for Store Planning formats and standards.
• Assist leadership with training and rollout of formats and projects.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
