Job summary

Blue Nile seeks a Manager of Visual Merchandising to define and execute the in-store expression of the brand across showrooms. You will own product placement, adjacency and visual standards, translating strategy into clear, executable directions for retail teams.

Collaborating with Store Planning, Creative and Category Management, you will develop in-store animations for holidays and launches, ensuring the environment inspires shopping and tells compelling product stories consistent with Blue

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Visual Merchandising or related field required.
• 5-8+ years in visual merchandising, ideally in jewelry/luxury/retail.
• Strong visual and product sensibility with experience presenting products and guiding customer journeys.
• Experience developing placement, adjacency, planograms and scalable visual standards across stores.
• Experience partnering with Store Planning/Retail Design on new and existing environments.
• Strong understanding of how visual merchandising drives engagement and selling priorities.
• Excellent project management, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate creative concepts into clear, executable direction.

Responsibilities

• Own product placement and visual merchandising standards across Blue Nile showrooms.
• Develop adjacency strategies to create intuitive customer journeys and highlight key categories.
• Establish standards for case layouts, density, focal points and storytelling moments.
• Create scalable guidelines and planograms for diverse store footprints.
• Partner with Category Management to translate priorities into compelling presentation.
• Review showroom execution and evolve standards based on customer behavior and assortment changes.
• Ensure in-store presentation is elevated, Blue Nile branded and easy to navigate.
