Responsibilities

• Oversees store presentation, merchandise implementation, floor moves and planning.
• Uses comp business reports to understand trends and plan actions.
• Matches promotional calendars to set priorities and deadlines for store events.
• Manages profitability elements including shortages and audit adherence.
• Provides coaching and development to merchandising and selling teams.
• Supports all operational functions in the store location.
