Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III (Mechanic - Visual Inspection) to perform setup, changeover, repairs and preventative maintenance on visual inspection equipment on the production floor.

This role requires mechanical and electronic troubleshooting, supports GMP documentation, and may train other technicians as part of continuous improvement projects on the Process Execution Team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated production environment with equipment maintenance.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and following instructions in English.
• Familiarity with equipment start-up, maintenance and repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on visual inspection equipment.
• Collaborate with technical resources to resolve equipment issues.
• Provide technical support to production technicians and act as a first-line resource.
• Maintain and review batch records and GMP documentation.
• Perform CMMS entries and ensure safety procedures and SOPs are followed.
• Support continuous improvement activities and 5S in the area.
