Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to translate brand stories into compelling digital experiences. You will lead end-to-end creative work across ecommerce, lifestyle, and technology branding campaigns with a strong emphasis on storytelling and user experience.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, craft high-fidelity concepts, and deliver developer-ready assets. A proactive problem-solver with keen attention to detail will thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace.
• Experience with prototyping; animation/motion is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of visual design, UI/UX, branding, and typography.
• Ability to build high-quality presentations and articulate design decisions to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver digital experiences.
• Design and produce digital ecosystems: storytelling sites, premium eCommerce, product demos.
• Translate business strategy into creative execution with a focus on measurable client results.
• Build polished presentations and deliver developer-ready asset kits and documentation.
• Identify efficiencies and manage priorities in low-process environments.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while navigating complex stakeholder needs.
• Communicate clearly across departments to align on goals.
