DEPT®—a Growth Invention company—seeks a Principal, Visual Design to lead the creative strategy across brands, websites, UX, and content. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, push for best-in-class visual solutions, and mentor a talented design crew.

You’ll steer design direction, balance client needs with inventive ideas, and drive complex digital projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes and high-impact results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field.
• 5+ years in design with leading brands.
• Leadership experience in creative teams.
• Strong knowledge of visual and interactive design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to shape design strategy.
• Lead and mentor the creative team, fostering collaboration.
• Provide strategic vision and creative inspiration to large teams.
• Define design strategies for websites, branding, UX, and content.
• Generate moodboards and strategic insights for innovation.
• Drive complex digital projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Set project direction and production guidelines.
• Grow client relationships across departments and stakeholders.
• Contribute to design discipline and process improvements.
