Job summary

HH Global seeks a talented Digital Designer and visual storyteller to transform research findings, campaign data, and insights into compelling narratives for clients. You will lead projects, mentor juniors, and deliver innovative assets across multiple digital channels.

Experts in motion graphics, video content, branding elements and multimedia content, you will ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality across campaigns, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience as a multidisciplinary designer.
• Advanced English level for written and verbal communication.
• Experience designing for digital channels including social, email, web, digital advertising, and presentations.
• Strong background in motion graphics, video content, animation, and digital campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of creative solutions across channels in alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Create high-quality design assets including motion graphics, video content, digital campaigns, presentations, infographics, and branding materials.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and cross-functional teams to elevate concepts and ensure consistent execution.
• Own projects from creative briefing through production, delivery, and quality assurance.
• Present design concepts and final deliverables to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Mentor Junior Designers and Production Artists, supporting their growth and project success.
• Review output to maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiencies across teams and accounts.
• Contribute to new business by supporting pitches and innovative client solutions.
• Stay current on industry trends and design best practices to elevate work quality.
