Job summary

Onward Search is seeking a Sr. Visual Designer (Production) to join its in-house Brand Creative Studio on a temporary basis.

The role will focus on producing high-impact visual content and mentoring a production team to maintain speed and quality. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of experience in brand-led visual design, strong systems thinking, and proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Slides, with motion experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in visual or production design within a creative agency or large in-house team.
• Proven success in managing high-volume, brand-led projects across multiple channels.
• Strong background in building and maintaining design systems, templates, and modular frameworks.
• Ability to craft clear, effective visual communication for diverse audiences and formats.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides; motion experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of high-quality visual presentations for executive stakeholders and support marketing campaigns.
• Translate brand design systems into scalable production frameworks that ensure speed, consistency, and quality.
• Produce design work directly while mentoring and elevating the output of the broader production team.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across communications, brand, and marketing to ensure cohesive visual messaging.
• Maintain high design standards while identifying opportunities to improve workflows and tools to boost efficiency and quality.
