Job summary

What You’ll Do

• Bring Marketing & Presentations to Life: Craft and polish presentation decks for teams across the company, and design vibrant digital and print marketing materials (from event assets to email headers).
• Keep Production Running Smoothly: Review print samples, troubleshoot tricky file setup issues, and ensure everything is production-ready and pixel-perfect.
• Build & Maintain Asset Libraries: Create, update, and organize individual assets and large file libraries—keeping mockups, icons, colors, and copy easy to access.
• Develop Toolkits & Templates: Support design systems by creating flexible templates, design resources, and reusable components that empower the rest of the team.
• Champion Quality & Consistency: Run regular design audits to keep our visual brand polished, cohesive, and looking its best across every touchpoint.

What We’re Looking For

Background & Experience: 5+ years of design studio or agency experience, backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Visual Design (or a related field).

A Great Portfolio: A strong collection of work that showcases your eye for typography, layout, conceptual thinking, and presentation design.

Tool Mastery:

• Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Advanced skills in presentation platforms (Google Slides, Keynote, PowerPoint).

Technical Savvy: Comfort with design systems, asset production rollouts, and preparing files for digital, web, and print channels.

A Collaborative Mindset: Fantastic communication skills, a team-first attitude, and the ability to work seamlessly across different departments.
