Job summary

RUN Studios, a Seattle-based agency, seeks a Production Designer for a 4-month contract to deliver web-ready visuals aligned with brand guidelines. You will craft product-focused layouts, apply motion to assets, and collaborate with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a strong portfolio, proficiency in Figma and Adobe tools, and willingness to explore AI-driven workflows to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years minimum experience in a web production environment.
• BA/BS in Design or equivalent.
• Online portfolio of work required.
• Proficient in Figma and Figma templates.
• Excellent Adobe Photoshop skills.
• Experience with customer-facing product imagery art direction and execution.
• Strong composition skills: ability to create polished, visually compelling product-focused layouts.
• Understanding of motion design principles with proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and workflows (prompt-based image generation, AI-assisted design).
• Excellent attention to detail and high design standards.
• Strong communication skills.
• Agency or fast-paced studio experience a plus.
• Retail design experience a plus.
• Open to learning new tools, particularly 3D (prior experience a plus, not required).

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual design assets.
• Design strongly branded promotional graphics with a focus on product compositions.
• Create and apply motion to digital assets (animated hero creative, display ads, etc.).
• Fulfill multiple project requests while meeting tight deadlines, and synthesize feedback and input from stakeholders.
• Use generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.
