Job summary

Coca‑Cola is seeking a dedicated Visual Designer to shape global HR experiences through visuals, templates, and interfaces. You’ll craft presentations, toolkits, infographics, and digital assets, while growing the HR design system and guiding AI-enabled design workflows.

You’ll partner with HR, communications, technology, and business teams to translate complex topics into intuitive experiences and scalable solutions across Workday and Microsoft 365 platforms.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating graphic-design craft across presentations, digital communications, illustration, information design, and interfaces.
• Strong typography, composition, hierarchy, color, and visual storytelling for varied audiences.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, PowerPoint, Figma, and related tools.
• Experience designing intuitive interfaces and workflows with wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Experience building design systems, templates, and component libraries.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design for employee content and tools.
• Curiosity and practical experience with AI-enabled design tools and workflows.
• Strong collaboration skills to guide briefs and partner with external teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain design system components, templates, and libraries for consistent experiences.
• Design UX/UI for enterprise tools, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
