This role partners with the Creative Director and cross-functional campaign teams to develop assets that meet client and brand standards.

The Senior Designer brings a strong design foundation, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to take ownership from development through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic communications, graphic design, art direction or related field.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and the Microsoft Suite.
• Portfolio demonstrating contribution to past work.
• Ability to work with brand guidelines under tight deadlines.
• Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic and creative direction into compelling visual assets.
• Develop and advance visual concepts independently over time.
• Collaborate with campaign teams to create audience-relevant visuals.
• Own design from development through final delivery with high quality.
• Prepare, resize, proof, and traffic assets for publications and partners.
• Manage creative timelines and approval processes with teams.
• Maintain knowledge of digital, social, print, and emerging channels.
• Apply design judgment across typography, composition, and branding.
• Identify opportunities to improve consistency and quality across engagements.
• Stay current on design trends and responsibly incorporate AI capabilities.
• Contribute to additional responsibilities as assigned.
