Job summary

Authority Brands Inc. is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual identity strategies and major campaigns across brand properties.

Reporting to the creative director, you will translate business objectives into brand concepts, design systems, and multi-channel assets, mentoring junior designers and ensuring quality across agency work. You will collaborate with Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO/WebOps, and Product teams to deliver high-impact visual campaigns, while

Qualifications

5–8+ years of progressive graphic design with multi-channel campaigns.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
Master-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and UI/UX prototyping tools.
Advanced knowledge of print production and color management.
Strong presentation and cross-functional leadership with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the conception and execution of visual campaigns across brand properties.
Develop brand systems and guidelines for multi-brand enterprise.
Mentor junior designers and ensure quality across internal and agency work.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and SEO teams to translate briefs into campaigns.
Oversee vendor coordination, print production, and prepress workflows.
Stay ahead on design trends and integrate innovations into SOPs.
