Job summary

Studio Science is seeking a Senior Visual Communication Designer to fuse strategic thinking with hands-on craft for leading brands, shaping clear and consistent communications across go-to-market materials.

The role is hands-on, with opportunities for concept development and high-volume asset creation within established brand systems. You will guide clients, think beyond requests, and deliver senior-level consultation while executing details.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design or related field or equivalent experience.
Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design and communication skills across brand and marketing applications.
Strong conceptual, typography, layout, composition and information design skills.
Experience designing within established brand systems for large or complex organizations.
Ability to understand the business/communication problem and recommend design solutions.
Hands-on craft with a passion for executing details.
Experience presenting design rationale to clients.

Responsibilities

Translate business objectives and complex ideas into clear, compelling visual communications.
Partner with clients to understand needs, explain design rationale, and propose solutions.
Design and deliver presentations, reports, marketing assets, and other branded communications.
Work within established brand systems while identifying opportunities to elevate the work.
Balance strategic/conceptual work with production-heavy execution.
Collaborate across disciplines with high craft, accuracy and consistency.
Use AI and emerging tools to improve quality and efficiency.
