AAA Mountain West Group in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a Manager, Visual Design to lead our in-house design team at the intersection of creative excellence and operational efficiency. You will translate business objectives into compelling visual stories while providing high-level art direction and mentorship to a talented group of contributors.

You will manage relationships across lines of business, drive brand consistency, and evolve our design practice with emerging tools and trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field plus 4 years of experience.
• Diverse demo reel showing high-end production value and quick-turn marketing content.
• Agency or in-house production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level art direction across all visual assets.
• Lead brand system development and asset guidelines.
• Mentor and develop visual design team.
• Plan resources and schedule to align with project pipeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns.
