Job summary

OpusClip in Mountain View is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to own and lead our brand and marketing web experience. This leadership role defines vision, sequences work, and ships across the website, landing pages, and digital experiences.

You will drive brand evolution end-to-end, balance aesthetics with performance, use AI tools to move fast, and work closely with marketing and product design to deliver conversion-focused results.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in web and visual design with shipped work.
• Led a brand refresh or rebrand and rolled it out across products or sites.
• Self-starter who delivers with minimal direction.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Rive, and Webflow; solid HTML/CSS/JS.
• Strong UI animation and motion design experience.
• Excellent layout, typography, and modern design sense.
• Fluency with AI creative tools to move faster.
• Ability to align design with marketing and engineering goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead OpusClip’s brand upgrade end-to-end — define the refreshed visual language and drive it all the way to a live launch across the website, landing pages, and digital experiences.
• Own the roadmap for the brand and web workstream — scope the work, set priorities, and move projects from concept to shipped without waiting for direction.
• Independently design, animate, and build production-ready pages across Figma, Rive, and Webflow — you own the craft from first sketch to final deploy.
• Design responsive, mobile-first layouts and craft smooth, lightweight UI animations and micro-interactions.
• Translate marketing goals and brand direction into visually compelling, user-centered, conversion-optimized experiences for campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Set the standard for visual and brand consistency, and establish the guidelines and systems that hold as we scale.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, production, and iteration without compromising quality.
