• 5+ years of full-time industry experience as a designer.
• A portfolio that demonstrates craft and problem-solving.
• Experience designing digital products or brands.
• Ability to present work and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Self-directed with collaboration across distributed teams.
• Daily overlap with Toronto time (ET).

Responsibilities

• Evolve and maintain the Multiplayer brand identity across touchpoints.
• Create visual systems that convey ideas and support marketing.
• Craft pitch presentations and business assets that reflect the brand.
• Design case studies that tell stories of the work.
• Create social assets that reflect culture and viewpoint.
• Iterate rapidly to speed up decision making.
• Incorporate AI into the creative workflow.
• Apply strong storytelling to connect with human emotions.
