Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Jr. Digital Art Director for Schwab's Creative Center (C2) to learn across the craft, partner teams, and contribute to high‑quality digital work. The role emphasizes collaboration, visual quality, and learning beyond the junior title.

You’ll help produce digital assets—from video and print to websites and emails—while upholding Schwab’s brand standards and evolving the look for multiple platforms. This on‑site role supports growth within a creative team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital design, preferably in an agency or in‑house environment.
• Strong proficiency with modern design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Stensul, and related platforms, adapting to new tools and technologies.
• A portfolio that demonstrates digital‑first thinking, strong visual craft, and creative leadership.
• Current working experience with Schwab systems and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Brainstorm, create, and develop executions from a creative brief.
• Lead the UI concepting and execution of digital‑first creative work across channels.
• Uphold brand standards while evolving the look and feel across digital touchpoints.
• Turn feedback from supervisors into even better work.
• Implement feedback from peers and marketing partners with attention to detail.
• Develop the occasional portfolio-worthy concepts.
• Apply the design principles with impeccable detail.
