Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager within Stock Plan Services to lead strategy, modernization, and delivery for key SPS capabilities. This in-office role emphasizes customer discovery, platform modernization, and responsible AI adoption to improve client outcomes.

You will partner across Product, Client Service, Operations, UX, Architecture, Engineering, Data, Security, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or digital product ownership.
• Experience owning complex digital products from discovery through launch.
• Strong ability to translate client needs into prioritized strategies.
• Knowledge of APIs, data services, UX and systems of record.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned SPS products from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Translate strategy into initiatives, features, stories, and criteria.
• Prioritize backlog, plan releases, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Lead AI-enabled opportunities with governance and risk considerations.
