Charles Schwab Corporation seeks an experienced Digital Art Director to deliver fresh, digital-first thinking across the organization. You will help ensure visual quality, clarity, and consistency while collaborating with designers, writers, strategists, and partners to support brand and business goals.

You’ll lead senior-level creative efforts, translate ideas into compelling visual systems, and continuously elevate the user experience across video, print, websites, and social platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital art direction, preferably in an agency or in-house environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interactive Design, Art Direction, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with modern design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Stensul, and adapting to new tools and technologies.
• A portfolio that demonstrates digital‑first thinking, strong visual craft, and creative leadership.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, organized working style.

Responsibilities

• Lead the concepting and execution of digital-first creative work across channels.
• Translate ideas into clear, compelling visual systems and experiences.
• Uphold brand standards while evolving the look and feel across digital touchpoints.
• Partner with copywriters to deliver cohesive storytelling and user experiences.
• Stay current on digital design trends, tools, and best practices—and apply them with intention.
• Excel at designing everything from video and print to websites and social.
