Job summary

United Pharma is seeking an experienced Vision System Engineer to support pharmaceutical manufacturing, focusing on machine vision and visual inspection equipment. The role emphasizes hands-on tuning and troubleshooting Körber/Seidenader Visual Inspection Machines and SVIM modules.

The engineer will act as SME for vision systems and provide general manufacturing engineering support to ensure reliable production operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and CAPA

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical visual inspection systems.
Experience tuning and optimizing vision equipment in a GMP environment.
Proven ability to troubleshoot cameras, lighting, and image quality.
Experience configuring SVIM/SVObserver software for machine-vision tasks.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for pharmaceutical visual inspection systems and machine-vision technologies.
Perform setup, tuning, optimization, troubleshooting, and qualification support for Körber/Seidenader machines.
Configure SVIM camera inspection hardware and vision parameters.
Work with SVObserver software to configure and optimize inspection systems.
Troubleshoot vision-system issues and improve detection capability and reliability.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Automation, and Maintenance teams.
