Gainwell Technologies seeks a professional Trainer who thrives independently and in collaborative settings, to empower customer experience teams. As part of the Learning, Knowledge, and Innovation (LKI) group, you will design and deliver impactful, virtual training for call center agents and other departments, aligning with adult learning principles to drive performance and service quality.

The role includes curriculum development, post-training support, and measuring outcomes through surveys

Qualifications

• Three or more years as a corporate/executive trainer or facilitator.
• Passion for training and virtual classroom delivery.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with adult learning principles and learner engagement.
• Curriculum development and instructional design skills.
• Pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to call center agents and other departments (Claims, Provider Enrollment).
• Facilitate virtual training programs to enhance skills and performance.
• Adapt training delivery to various learning styles and needs.
• Design engaging training materials and presentations aligned with adult learning principles.
• Collaborate with LKI team, SMEs, and account lenders to ensure effective materials.
• Provide post-training support and resources to learners and leadership.
• Assess training outcomes through surveys, feedback, and metrics.
