Job summary

Gainwell Technologies seeks a professional Trainer to empower call center agents and cross‑functional teams with engaging, outcomes‑driven learning experiences. As part of the Learning, Knowledge, and Innovation group, you will design and deliver virtual sessions, adapt to diverse learners, and support teams across Medicaid operations.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience as a corporate/executive trainer or facilitator.
• Passion for training and desire to facilitate in a virtual classroom environment.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques.
• Demonstrable curriculum development, presentation, and instructional design skills.
• Pharmacy experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to new and existing call center agents and general training for other departments such as Claims and Provider Enrollment.
• Facilitate virtual training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Adapt training delivery to various learning styles and needs.
• Design visually engaging and interactive training material and presentations for learners that meets modern adult learning principles and varied learning needs.
• Collaborate with LKI training team, SMEs, and account lenders to ensure training materials are effective and user-friendly.
• Provide post-training support and resources to learners and call center leadership.
• Assess training outcomes through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics
