The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of payroll processing experience, proficiency in software like ADP Workforce Now, Paychex, and QuickBooks, along with strong analytical skills. Responsibilities include managing payroll transactions, ensuring compliance with laws, and preparing payroll records.
