Job summary

Luxaviation USA seeks a Senior Charter Broker to develop and manage a high-value client portfolio, coordinating on-demand charter flights from quote to execution. You will negotiate bespoke offers, secure contracts, and ensure a flawless VIP experience across luxury journeys.

The role requires a strong network in the U.S. market, excellent negotiation skills, and a client-first attitude to drive growth within a globally recognized aviation group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in private jet charter brokerage or a similar high-end sales role.
• Proven track record of closing deals with demanding clients.
• Fluent English; Spanish or any additional language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop and manage a high-value client portfolio (UHNWI, corporate accounts, family offices, etc.).
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through strategic networking and industry intelligence.
• Build and deliver bespoke commercial offers and charter quotes in a competitive environment.
• Negotiate, close, and manage contracts tailored to client needs with the highest service standards.
• Oversee the complete charter process: from flight planning, aircraft sourcing, and coordination to post-flight follow-up.
• Collaborate with flight operations, crew, and handling agents to ensure operational excellence.
• Provide high-touch client service including VIP meet & greet when relevant.
• Be available for on-call duties (evenings/weekends on a rotating basis).
• Ensure proper invoicing, payment follow-up, and budgetary compliance for each operation.
