Job summary

Hawks Cay Resort in Marathon, FL seeks a Program Manager to oversee villa and condo operations within the resort program. You will curate villa operations, ensuring units meet standards and guest experiences are top‑tier, while partnering with Sales, Reservations, Rooms, Housekeeping, Engineering and others to maximize performance.

You will also lead property management activities, inspections, and owner relations, acting as the liaison between owners and resort leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience in resort, hotel, condominium, villa, or luxury hospitality operations is desired.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations and owner relations.
• Sales and revenue-management experience is a plus.
• CAM license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational performance of villas and condo units within the resort program.
• Act as primary curator of villa operations, ensuring units are maintained and presented to standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, Rooms, Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments to maximize villa performance.
• Support villa rental sales strategies, inventory management, occupancy initiatives and revenue opportunities.
• Monitor villa readiness, presentation, maintenance and overall guest experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve villa profitability, utilization and efficiency.
• Serve as Program Manager for PMs, inspections, and villa billables with timely processes.
• Coordinate property management activities and oversee villa inspections and maintenance follow-ups.
• Maintain records and reporting on villa operations, inspections, maintenance, and financial activity.
• Coordinate with Finance to resolve billing questions and discrepancies.
• Serve as primary liaison between villa owners and the resort team.
• Communicate policies, updates, maintenance projects and amenities to owners.
• Coordinate quarterly owner meetings and prepare agendas and materials.
• Build strong relationships with resort leaders and owners to ensure trust and transparency.
• Monitor service standards and provide regular updates on performance and opportunities.
